Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont is the only candidate for president willing to name the real crisis confronting America.
Too many underarm spray deodorants.
Move over Obama, terrorism, illegal aliens, Obamacare and the sputtering economy. Old Spice is the real vice. En garde, Right Guard! Bernie Sanders has got your number. He wants to ice Ice Blue Secret, ax AXE and ban Ban.
This is what he said the day before his official kickoff Wednesday in Burlington, VT:
“You don’t necessarily need a choice of 23 underarm spray deodorants or of 18 pairs of sneakers when children are hungry in this country. I don’t think the media appreciate the kind of stress that ordinary Americans are working on.”
Something about this story smells.
I will confess to a bit of befuddlement at precisely how the proliferation of personal hygiene products takes food from the mouths of children. Bernie sees a connection there, which worries me, but it ought to worry his psychiatrist more.
They all stink. Sanders was 2nd most Left in the Senate behind Barack “B.O.” Obama. Biden, 3rd.

I have had a belly full of the likes of Bernie Sanders, the Obama’s and their ilk (the rest of the professional leftist politicians) telling me what I should do, what I should like, how I should think, what I can have, etc. Can the people of the Northeast not see through the garbage spewed by Sanders and his clones? Is this not offensive to them?

You know that Sanders is speaking to the ignorati who believe all the lies from libs/leftists. The latter have convinced the ignorati that everything is a zero sum game. If some billionaire buys a new yacht, that's money that could have gone towards buying shoes for poor little ghetto kids.
I can't believe Sanders is so stupid he doesn't know that argument is full of bovine fecal matter. He's playing to the dunce crowd.
I suspect many of the would-be socialists of Vermont like to talk the talk but not walk the walk. It would be great to see them have to live the life of the average Cuban. I think after a few months of actually living the socialist life they'd boot Bernie out of office. I could be wrong...maybe they're just that deranged.
