As unanswered questions and controversy mount over the shooting outside a Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas, there is a growing movement by motorcycle riders to protest what they see as troubling overreach by the authorities.
Breitbart Texas has previously reported on a number of inconsistencies in the story that Waco Police have told about the deadly incident. Theres a growing awareness that there seems to be much more to the story than originally reported, and bikers are taking action.
The Confederation of Clubs and Independents (CoC&I) a political group focused on biker rights has issued a Call To Action, urging citizens to contact law enforcement and politicians. The CoC&I has a direct connection to the Waco events, because the shooting happened outside their scheduled meeting at Twin Peaks. As the group says on its webpage:
This was a Confederation of Clubs and Independents meeting solely intended to discuss legal and political issues. It was not, as has been reported, a gang meeting to discuss turf. COC meetings have been occurring in Texas and nationwide for decades without a single violent incident. The myth being purported is simply false.
Video from inside the restaurant clearly shows the vast majority of bikers running away from the shooting and even helping civilians get to safety. Remember, law enforcement was on the scene and should have a clear picture of aggressors and victims. This should not be a guessing game. But it appears that the Waco PD arrested the majority of eyewitnesses and rights activists present at a publicly promoted political event.

Great article. Thank you for posting it.
One muses on how much the entertainment industry has shaped the “reality” in which people develop their beliefs and opinions.
Combine that with willful ignorance and deliberate misrepresentation of history and examples of what can happen, even from good intentions.
The article address those and more. Excellent.
You're correct on that presumption of what happened , it would explain the seven (7) head shots that po-lice report stated .
A most astute analysis, noted for future.
Thanks. I really do hope the cover-up fails.
If the Waco PD and ATF can get away with this, I fear the next police massacre will take place against a “right wing tea party terrorist Constitution-fanatic 2nd Amendment rally.”
The usual jackboot lickers will say, “Serves them right!”
MY bad, sorry
If the ludicrous PD story was legit, we would already have seen the shootings from five different video cameras.
Plus, take it for granted that the Waco SWAT and ATF hidden in u/c vehicles filmed it all on hi-def video, right alongside the snipers, and they also have all the tactical radio channel recordings.
If they were all “lost” or “accidentally scrubbed” then it’s 100% sure the official PD story is a total fabrication meant to cover up a police massacre.
Will be instructive to see if any of those released speak out.
which article?
The one in Post #4 or the one in Post #29?
They are both good articles about largely the same subject.
The one in post #4 was removed from the author’s original site. I am convinced it was removed at government direction after I sent it to @WacoPolice twitter account. That site is run by Sgt Swanton, Waco Police mouthpiece.
I was blocked from that account soon after that.
My reply was to the article linked in 29
Probably very close to what really happened. Thus the need for official obfuscation, illegal detainment, and unreasonable bail. Afterall, the ATF was on-scene, and that fact right there should indicate to everyone what they need to know. Keystone cops anyone?
For the ATF, Twin Peaks was a golden opportunity to gather video evidence on the outlaw biker gangs. Assume the entire restaurant was pre-wired for sound and video, plus u/c vehicles on the parking lot. Who is in charge? Who are the new shot-callers? Who is conspicuously absent? Who is moving up to positions of command? Sort of the LE version of “Kremlin watching.”
Aside from all of the video taken by the private Twin Peaks cameras, (and the other businesses all around the parking lot), you may rest assured that the ATF/Waco SWAT have every second of the mass-shooting recorded in telephoto high def. From several angles.
No way can they scrub this entire story and make it go away, even with arresting all 170 bikers on scene, taking their cameras/phones, and placing them under million dollar bails. (To be reduced to a thousand if they sign a no-lawsuit gag order agreement.)
The cover up will fail in the end. Too many cops have heard/seen the video and know what happened. At least one cop with a functioning conscience will blow the whistle, so to speak.
1) Your story is plausible.
2) It would make a great beginning for a series of dystopian SHTF novels. Not that you would have any interest in writing dystopian SHTF novels.
The fact there is now a “report” from ATF and other law enforcement on how biker clubs are using the military as a way of training members, a report most likely from the Southern Poverty Law Center, you can guarantee this is connected to the report.
Notice what we now have.
Black militants are now burning cities.
Illegal militants are on the warpath because Obamas illegal amnesty has been stopped.
Now it’s White Biker Gangs on the warpath.
White, black, and Hispanic militants all on the warpath at the same time didn’t just happen by accident, it was planned.
Throw in ISIS making threats and it’s just a matter of time before one of these groups is accused of teaming up with terrorist.
Welcome to the world The Weather Underground tried to create.
This is the best article about the Waco events that I’ve seen anywhere yet. All of the linked Conservative Treehouse articles are excellent, doing the job the MSM will never do.
Waco Twin Peaks Shooting Updates: 14 Police Officers Fired thousands of rounds on 200 Bikers Killing 9, Wounding 18 Two Thirds Of Those Arrested Had No Prior Criminal History
Why is it that FR has been on the wrong side of Trevon, Michael Brown, Baltimore and now Waco? Some of us will wait to see what happened and assume innocence until proven guilty for the cops.
Pray America is waking
While I agree with most of your comments I think the blame should go to the Texas Highway Patrol goons. They were clearly the lead group of LEOs and they have grown progressively more militant since their leadership broke down in the 1970's.
Thanks Travis for pulling this information together. As you say, ballistics and blood trails will tell the tale.
In looking at the time-line again, I came across the following, and would like your take on how it fits into your hypothesis. Cochran does not appear on the list of those arrested.
***Steve Cochran, a national bikers rights advocate from Waco who witnessed the melee, blamed the incident entirely on the Cossacks. Cochran, who is a founder of the Waco chapter of the Sons of the South, is an official with the U.S. Defenders Task Force, a legislative group affiliated with the Texas Confederacy of Clubs and Independents.
He arrived at Twin Peaks on Sunday to set up a sound system for the COC&I meeting, only to find that the violence already had started.
Bandidos members were to be part of the meeting, which was to focus on legislative issues common to all bikers, Cochran said. He said police gave no indication to him or other COC&I members that their lives might be in danger.
These meetings have gone on for 20 years, and weve gone all these years without a single incident until Sunday, he said.
Cochran said the Cossacks have never been part of the COC&I organization but about 60 showed up on their bikes.
They rode en masse to that meeting for the sole purpose of creating some kind of trouble, he said. Their intentions were not saintly. . . . If they had not showed up there, we wouldnt be discussing this now.
Cochran said in the past nine months or so, Cossacks have been harassing other motorcycle clubs. *** etc. Taken from conservativetreehouse.
Thank you. Something is rotten in the State of Texas.
There is great reporting being done at the Conservative Treehouse about Waco. Pay particular attention to the crime scene photos from above, compared to some other from the ground.
