As unanswered questions and controversy mount over the shooting outside a Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas, there is a growing movement by motorcycle riders to protest what they see as troubling overreach by the authorities.
Breitbart Texas has previously reported on a number of inconsistencies in the story that Waco Police have told about the deadly incident. Theres a growing awareness that there seems to be much more to the story than originally reported, and bikers are taking action.
The Confederation of Clubs and Independents (CoC&I) a political group focused on biker rights has issued a Call To Action, urging citizens to contact law enforcement and politicians. The CoC&I has a direct connection to the Waco events, because the shooting happened outside their scheduled meeting at Twin Peaks. As the group says on its webpage:
This was a Confederation of Clubs and Independents meeting solely intended to discuss legal and political issues. It was not, as has been reported, a gang meeting to discuss turf. COC meetings have been occurring in Texas and nationwide for decades without a single violent incident. The myth being purported is simply false.
Video from inside the restaurant clearly shows the vast majority of bikers running away from the shooting and even helping civilians get to safety. Remember, law enforcement was on the scene and should have a clear picture of aggressors and victims. This should not be a guessing game. But it appears that the Waco PD arrested the majority of eyewitnesses and rights activists present at a publicly promoted political event.

The Waco police have never been consistent in their press releases.
I have concluded they are in total CYA mode and lying through their teeth. I don’t want to feel that way, but I DO!
I believe either the Waco Police or the BATF really screwed up on this one.
there were 2 sides in Waco.
The Police.
And those non-police who happened to be at Twin Peaks.
Enough said?
Just like when one of the keystone sheriffs (reporting to far leftist Sheriff Dupnik) tripped and fired his gun. Straight into the Tucson Marine who thought it was a home invasion, yet who never fired a shot. Never even lifted his gun. All the goons fired at once, then never rendered aid. Whoops, wrong house.
lawsuit “says Clendennen’s constitutional rights were violated”.
No doubt they were.
Looks like a slam dunk to me.
Looks like the RICO crap is dead critter.
Just poke a hornet nest while your SWAT team is hidden all over. Pretty close to a sniper ambush, even if it didn’t begin that way. Sending in an U/C who gets his cover blown and is battled out the front door turns, in the scope eye of a SWAT sniper up the hill, into something like a cross between a hostage crisis and an officer rescue. BLAM! Once one fires, others do as well. So far I’ve heard various stories, latest is 4 officers on scene discharged weapons.

Thanks.
First they have to get the 170 hostages out of the bar prison and the million dollar bail prison etc.
They might have been shot by aliens, poltergeists, or your aunt Sally.
I’m betting on 5.56mm from SWAT carbines. May believe any fairy tale you choose, or none at all. I could not care less what you think, until you posit a more credible scenario in accordance with the known facts.
Go stare at your navel by yourself, Hamlet. I don’t have time to help you there.
Still no coroner...
Tomorrow will be two weeks. Times up. Sometimes what is not said, not printed speaks louder than any voice. Since those who have the facts are not sharing one can only logically conclude the facts reflect poorly on them. At this point they have two options, as I see it. To me it would seem best if they told the truth and embraced the CF. To believe they could think this could be covered up and go away would be a mistake for so many reasons. While there may be some who believe this is trivial in the larger scope of things, one more step in the path to a police state is what the inevitable consequence others will take advantage of. If those others are to be stopped doing so now will ultimately be far less painful, far less blood shed. Had I the ear of those who know what the truth is and still love America I would beg them to lance this pus filled abscess now. Americans will never tolerate a police state. They will not be able to recruit enough police to control us. Please, think again. Do the right thing now before it is too late.
Which leads to curiosity about "the dog that didn't bark." Something restrained the rest of the LE from opening fire. I suppose there are different possible reasons why. One being that most of the cops did not feel themselves under threat of death or great bodily harm?
Have you seen this lawsuit filing?

Yeah, I saw that had happened. No real info there, is there?
>>Normally I side with the police,
>>but in this case they are not being credible.
Yep. I shed no tears when Evan Ebil got scraped off the TX pavement after murdering a Colorado corrections officer.
But this isn’t that.
All American Infidels are outlaws wherever Sharia is the law.
Which side will Generation XBox choose... when it isn’t wearing a pink/purple shirt on Thursday?
Most folks still have no idea that the official PD position is a tissue of lies. If they consider Waco 2 at all, they think there was some massive biker gang shootout, and thank goodness, the police broke it up.
They have no idea that 170 were arrested on identical “fill in the name” charges. Basically, everybody who had motorcycle keys was arrested, while proned out under AR-15s to be searched. The “judge” was a JOP with a rubber stamp.
This is NOT AMERICA.
I’m sticking with my hypothesis about the u/c biker/cop inside being chased out, then the SWAT snipers on over watch believing he was in immediate danger, and shooting the Cossacks around him who were shoving him out the door and onto the parking lot.
Anybody come up with a better theory, put it out.
My observation about the cops that did not shoot is because I do not know what the ROE was in the situation. (And it feels strange to be wondering about ROE in a civilian police setting.)
I would suppose that the standard “fear of bodily injury or death” is default, regardless of which agency is operating.
So, if four felt that standard had been met, what about the other eight? Or was in eighteen? I have seen different numbers as to total of LE present that day.
Maybe ten were recording?
I suspect that the shooters were snipers who were already alerted by tactical radio that an officer was in peril inside the restaurant. As this U/C cop was ejected for wearing false colors, the snipers were watching with extreme stress. If they saw a Cossack with a blade out, near the U/C cop being thrown out, BANG! Head shot. First Cossack killed.
Then it’s “sympathetic firing” by the other snipers with views of the scuffle turning into a police massacre.
Cops not behind a scope would not fire, they didn’t have the view or the awareness of the unfolding situation in front of Twin Peaks. You won’t just fire into a crowd because some others are firing.
But the snipers with the clear views from above sure would.
Makes sense.
That is a plausible hypothesis.
