Walker was in his senior year when he took a job offer with The American Red Cross (he was working part-time for IBM during college and that got him the job offer from the Red Cross).

That doesn't mean he has a GED. He has a High School Diploma. He doesn't have a bachelors degree. A GED is a Graduate Equivalency Diploma for high school drop outs.

My point is SENIOR YEAR of what? College or High School?

The quote in the article says GED. That’s not an equivalency for college; it’s for high school.

My understanding is he graduated from high school and went to college but didn’t graduate because of taking the work instead. Is this not the case? I’m not trying to make this a big deal, but it is a big deal if Dem donors are conflating GEDs with college degrees.
