Without a trace of sarcasm, I say the simple reason is politicians will not risk losing muzzie votes, nor the hell of abuse they expect from the media. Recall the shiite Pamela Geller took for taunting muzzie barbarians with cartoons.
It’s because Cloward Piven requires violence ultimately to force the change that propaganda alone cannot. And there are none more easily led AND violent than a Muslim.

A percentage of those people will simply surrender those guns when told to. A percentage will not.
