Not a human flu, here, but the implications are that we might have to find something else for things to taste like for a while...chicken could get spendy.I just saw a note on Steve Quayle's alerts indicating that egg producers are expecting to raise prices 150% to compensate for losses due to avian flu. The consequences will flow through to any product that includes eggs as a component. The reporting party is selling her own egg production at $5/dozen. The prospect of $15/dozen will have major impacts. Chicken is my primary meat. Not looking really good in the near future.
