Just back from a rescue mission....heard my name over the baby monitor. Mom trying to get back to bed/TV and her knees locked. All we can do is stand there and wait. Finally got her turned and down.

OH, locked knees are so painful, it happens to me also. Poor Mom. Would a Icy Hot rub on the knees help her? It helps me a little as I do have arthritis in one knee and shoulders.

Nothing seems to help the lockups, but we’ve tried all sort of run on stuff for pain. We will keep at it. For now 2 glucosamine chondroitin and 2 ibuprofen in the morning and at bedtime.
