Sharon Osbourne Collapses At Her Home Due To 'Extreme Exhaustion'
Daily Mail UK ^ | 15:38 EST, 23 May 2015

Posted on 05/23/2015 2:58:51 PM PDT by drewh

Sharon Osbourne has collapsed 'from mental and physical fatigue' at her home in Los Angeles and will now take a one month break from her CBS show The Talk. A spokesperson for Ozzy Osbourne's wife said Saturday that the 62-year-old's doctors say she is suffering from 'extreme exhaustion.' 'Sharon has been advised and has agreed to take a month hiatus to recover fully from these recent events,' her rep said. 'Sharon would like to thank everyone at The Talk for granting her this time off and to all friends, family and others for their incredible support.'

The rep explained that the incident occurred after Sharon returned from a busy trip to New York and Toronto. The TV personality's doctors believe she returned to work too soon after being hospitalized earlier this year for pneumonia. In March, Sharon's daughter Kelly Osbourne sat in for her mom on The Talk after her mom came down with pneumonia following hernia surgery.

In 2002, Sharon was treated for colorectal cancer and in 2012, she underwent a preventative double mastectomy after it was revealed she carried a gene for breast cancer. The Osbournes matriarch has been part of The Talk since its debut in October 2010. She joins Sara Gilbert, Julie Chen, Sheryl Underwood and Aisha Tyler on the weekday show to discuss the news of the day from 'a mother's perspective' and chat with celebrity guests. There's no news yet on who will fill in for her during her recovery.

You totally misunderstood my post.

It was directed at those whose kindness milk cows have obviously run dry.

I’m getting crap for not kicking her when she’s down, you’ll notice.

The sarcasm was surely not directed at you, but to you.

My grandfather died of colon cancer.

It was horrible.

Stating an obvious fact is not an attack.

It’s simply stating an obvious fact.

Indeed! She has had a tough time. Those are very serious illnesses mentioned in the article. These illnesses would exhaust even the strongest.

Do you need some Vagisil? How about some Midol to alleviate your PMS symptoms?

I think He would probably say something like, “Love your enemies” and “do good unto those who hate you.”

At any rate, nobody can change or reform if they’re dead...

I don’t know anything about this woman, but I hope that she gets well.

One is a topical cream, the other a chemical cure.

Neither one is remotely akin to a pressure washer.

Simple, really.

Hmmm. Removal of sand from vaginas, must be simple and common in Oregon/Washington. Good for you.

Not having ever been to Oregon/Washington, I would not personally know.

It just seems logical efficient.
