I have also seen speculation that the lawsuit against the school (once successfully completed) would become part of the foundation for a personal defamation type lawsuit against her.
Assuming she has anything to sue for.

It wouldn’t be a monetary victory to sue her,
it would be a legal statement of her dishonesty.
