I used an old email address that I haven’t touched in years and a fake zip - standard these days.
I can't imagine that an internet straw poll that requires submission of an e-mail address (phony or otherwise) produces valid results.
(Okay -- maybe it measures the candidates' supporters' intensity -- but I could have told anyone that Jeb Bush's support is tepid before seeing him at 2.2%.)

Phony addresses often don’t work because they’ve learned that trick and won’t give you access until they’ve proved your real by sending you an email to the address you give with a link back to them.
