In the wake of the Sunday shootout between outlaw biker gangs in Waco, Texas, Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America is stressing that outlaw biker gangs would not have guns if legislators expanded background checks.
According to The Hill, Moms Demand Actions Texas leader, Angela Turner, said, There is no single solution to ending gun violence, but we do know that background checks on all gun sales save lives and keep guns out of the wrong hands.

“... untracked gun show purchases...” Oh no you di’int. You mean private sales that happen to take place at a gun show. That’s more specific to what you meant right? Lucky for us WA and now OR have essentially banned the private sale of firearms. It won’t actually stop the sales, it just made them illegal. And soon maybe coming to NV if the IPOS/SPOS/LPOS/SPOS pass the 2016 ballot initiative. Yes, there is the possibility they obtained the weapons through private sales. Or got them from the drug cartels that some of the reportedly deal with.
Untracked back alley sales is another way.
The overwhelming percentage of bike clubs are just that ... clubs ... not GANGS.
The Hells Angels offered to go to Vietnam back in the 60's. They were turned down
Where are there “untracked gun show purchases”?
Or they could just STEAL them.
Yeah. And. If there was a law against driving drunk..... .........we wouldn’t have so many killed on the road!
Oh wait..........
How about person to person private sales. What is your opinion on that type of transaction?
Oh yes thats how it works because hardened biker criminals follow the law and do not get there guns illegally
...Hence he term “1%er” which equates to “outlaw”. I.e. 99% of motorcycle clubs are legit.
CC
The former leader of the Banditos was just on FOX saying that 70 percent or more of the members are clean as a whistle.
I’ve read some of what he’s written and he points a finger at the leadership as being a primary problem. They really sounded a lot like union leadership.
When you point that out to women like this, their reply is usually something like "well, I don't think it's right and someone should do something about it."
or buy them from Solntsevskaya Bratva the russian mafia syndicate that is pumping guns across south america and unlike gun stores they sell in bulk and no ids or background checks.
I have been reading about this- it sounded like the police were the ones who started shooting- or am I wrong??
hell one of the largest biker gang in the world is named outlaws
Hes trying to keep a respectable image for bandidos, bandidos are nothing but your common criminals engaged in all manner of illegal activity and organized crime across the world
The AMA (American Motorcycle Association) stated that 99% of the people at their events were god fearing and family oriented. The other 1%er were hard riding, hard partying, non mainstream type people. Thus the term 1%er was born. Some of the early bikers embraced the term and decided to call themselves 1%ers.
It did not mean that they were law breakers or low life individuals. They were simply men that rode their motorcycles seven days a week in all kinds of weather, liked to drink and raise a little hell. Sometime during the 80s law enforcement changed the meaning of the 1%er to what they wanted it to represent. It didnt matter that their meaning was incorrect, they just spoon fed it to the general public and the courts as they had so many other things.
I just read about some Serbian Banditos being arrested in Australia the other day.
Gaaaaawd, that sounds just like my MIL.
