It’s what we have been saying from the beginning. Disguised as a “charity”, donors get to take a deduction on their taxes and the Clintons don’t have to pay the gift tax. All while donating as little as 6% of the money to actual charity work.
Recipients of gifts do not have to pay gift tax, the givers do, if the value of the gift is over a certain amount.
