My whole point was this “trespasser” stuff was a diversion

It was a different story. It was a story about a train getting shot at. It had nothing to do with the Amtrak derailment except a multitude of folks confusing the two.

Go to the Philly TV page cited and read it. Show me where it doesn’t mention the AMTRAK derailment. It does.

National Transportation Safety Board officials said that Amtrak 188, which derailed in Port Richmond, killing eight and injuring over 200, was also struck by an unknown object. The two incidents so far have not been connected.

This story was there for pandering sensationalism that counted on the public equating "train" with the "AMTRAK Derailment".....they only included the disclaimer at the end of their sensationalized story to hook the viewer/reader's interest.

Further, I never once 'confused' this story with the real AMTRAK derailment story. I recognized from the outset the sensationalist BS that it is.
