when terrorists and drug gangs go on rampages with AK 47s, as they eventually will, an armored vehicle may be all that can stand between them and the slaughter of countless innocent civilians.
I assert that Obama desires these rampages to be successful, and would use the APC to protect the rampagers.

Back in RVN, rumor had it that an AK projectile would whizz through one side of a APC and bounce around inside, .50 cal would go through one side and out the other.
Are these ‘new and improved’ APCs?
