Picking on the mainstream media is easier than offending radical feminists, and almost as much fun, but just because its barely a challenge doesnt mean we shouldnt do it. We should. We must.
All decent, patriotic Americans yearn for the day when the effects of emerging technologies combine with the mainstream medias insufferable progressive cheerleading to finally destroy it. Its death throes are underway, but it wont buy the farm overnight. The body of the mainstream media is still shambling along, wreaking havoc, long after it its brain has died. So we need to put down the mainstream media like we would any other mindless zombie.
If we made a show about it, we could call it The Lying, Lame, Liberal-Licking Dead.

In general, MSM members pain is our [conservatives] gain.
Remember, they hate us. Hate us. They dont merely not care about us. They dont simply misunderstand us. They hate what we think. They hate how we live. They hate what we believe. They hate us.
And it shouldnt come as a shock if we hate them right back.

The media is not going away. The media is humans. They will find another way to promote their agenda.
No wonder he wrote such a great article (sarcastic, funny, spot on regarding media/libs) .....
Kurt Schlichter was personally recruited to write conservative commentary by Andrew Breitbart. He is a successful Los Angeles trial lawyer, a veteran with a masters in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College, and a former stand-up comic.
I like Kurt Schlichter. He tells it like it is.
They are like zombies; incredibly hard to kill. They are not dead yet.
When you say 'newstool', do you mean 'news tool' or 'new stool'?
They will take over the Internet with speech and political controls next.
Some concurring views from people who see clearly:
the mainstream media is going to die. And which is why we conservatives will recycle our celebratory champagne on its grave.
I cannot agree.First, I dont agree with the moniker, mainstream media. What we are really talking about is wire service journalism. And if that is what we are talking about, we can never actually defeat it if we dare not speak its name. All journalists (think, critics) have the motive to denigrate Republicans (think, the man in the arena) and reject absolutely the idea that it is not the critic who counts. It is that motive which causes journalists to identify with the Elizabeth Warren formulation, you didnt build that - which is a cynical rejection of the very possibility of excellence in the arena. Because private property is societys way of codifying your accomplishments in the arena of working, saving, investing, and otherwise "building that.Second, media is a plural noun; the problem we face in the case of wire service journalism is precisely the fact that it is singular. Wire service journalism is a unified entity, which consists primarily of the Associated Press and its members, but also includes all other wire services.
The mainstream media is on its back foot because of the bandwidth technologies which have enabled the internet revolution; the fact that everyone with broadband has more bandwidth available to him/her self than the Associated Press had in 1900 (and probably much later than that). But the thing to worry about is threats to the First Amendment. Wire service journalists, assuming as they do that they are priests of a cult of objectivity, actually reject the idea that you and I have a right to be posting our opinions on an Internet site. They have been doing the equivalent for the entirety of their careers, without possessing any superior wisdom, morality, ethics, or objectivity.
To believe in your own objectivity is to believe that you dont have any personal motives of your own. Anyone who believes that is the furthest thing from being objective, and cannot even seriously try to be objective.
The Chief Wookie is insulted she’s not included in the Praetorian Guard pic.
