I assume the train was still traveling at over twice the suggested speed limit - correct? That fact hasn't been changed by the MSM. If so, its still the homo's fault.

WOW I learn something new everyday, apparently gunshots make trains go from 50 to 106 miles per hour..that is one heck of a bullet, I knew those little suckers were powerful but dang..and your right, the media has been kissing that homo Engineer’s ass since day 1, they have to protect one of their own, Obama supporter gay rights activist..if he were a Conservative the media would have declared him a murderer and demanded he be hung in the town square
