Dan Rather of CBS was toppled by a phony document scam. Lyin’ Brian Williams at NBC casually mixed fact with self-aggrandizing fiction. Now George Stephanopoulos is caught in a Clinton web of deceit at ABC.

Stephanopoulos shares with Rather and Williams the rotten distinction of fessing up only after being exposed by real journalists. In his case, the Washington Free Beacon uncovered his secret donations to the Clinton Foundation and contacted ABC for a response.

He is not, never has been, and never will be a newsman. He was a political henchman, schill hack for the Clintons who was connected, out of work, and had a known name. It was either this or become another Carlos Danger.

Just as Air America collapsed under its lack of viewers and bs programming, as MSNBC is doing now, these networks will fade away too.

LOL. it’s cute that the NY Post thinks he EVER had any trust as a “newsman”. he’s what he always has been... a Clintonista. he lives to serve the Clintons in any and every capacity he can. not for one moment have i ever considered any Clintonista to be in any way impartial when it comes to the Clintons.
Carville, Stephanopoulos, Panetta, Begala, etc. will say and do anything to advance the Clinton’s agenda.

Steppenfetchet may still be able to go through the motions at ABC but I for one will never believe anything he says again. He is a Brian Williams, a Dan Rather, a Bill Clinton, a Hillary Clinton, an Al Sharpton, a John Edwards, etc, etc, etc. None of them are credible because they have been caught lying to the public. Not just an occasional little white lie that some people may make to to keep from hurting someone's feelings. But deliberate lies of fact to enhance their own standing is as bad as it gets.
George should take the high road and resign his position at ABC. But he is a democRAT so that will never happen. He's attached at the hip with the Arkansas Grifters and will always have a tarnished reputation from that affiliation, especially after getting caught with his hand in their cookie jar.
