LAKE MARY, Fla. —
The man accused of shooting at George Zimmerman bonded out of jail Saturday afternoon.
Channel 9 was there as Matthew Apperson walked out of the Seminole County Jail. He had no comment.
A judge set a $35,000 bond for Apperson earlier in the day and ordered him to turn in any guns to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office within 24 hours of his release, and to have no contact with Zimmerman.
"I don't care whether you've been shopping at Publix for two hours and have a full cart of groceries or whatever. You see Mr. Zimmerman walking through that door, you're the one that has to leave," the judge said.

Bonds Out?
That’s a new one for me. Common new law talk? Or abbreviation by reporter? “Today so and so was released on bond” is what I have always heard before today.
I just watched the video of that on the morning news. Apperson was so polite. “Good morning judge. Yes sir, yes sir.” The judge said “I do not know where Zimmerman is or where he will be. You do understand that. Right?” Apperson said “Yes sir.” (Zimmerman has opted to keep his location secret.)
Its pretty standard.
Very odd that he wasn’t indicted for attempted murder.
Exactly. This has to be worse than the estranged husband who threatens to murder his wife being allowed out with a restraining order—the guy already attempted to murder Zimmerman.
Can you imagine what would have happened if George Zimmerman was the shooter? He’d have been charged with attempted murder and held without bond.

Around here we usually call it getting bonded out.

He will not be wearing a GPS device because the judge cannot tell him where not to be due to Zimmermans location being a secret.

If Apperson winds up in jail, there will be an interesting social dynamic, as the black cons will likely be his protectors.
Apperson is a full blown fruitcake.
I wonder why his arrest was not the equal front page news that the fact Zimmerman was involved in a shooting was?

Thanks to the left wing press - one of the main enemies of free people.
That doesn’t make any sense, Zimmerman apparently did nothing wrong and should not have to inform anyone of his whereabouts. This clown either attempted to murder Zimmerman specifically or just randomly was shooting in automobiles. Something seems very strange about with the amount of bail and the way the court/police are treating this whole thing.
They press was ready to pounce until they found out it wasn’t going their way.
