Your boss decides if those infractions warrant a reprimand, not you. Focus on how you do your job and what numbers you produce. If your boss is competent, you’ll be rewarded as you deserve. Whining about the other guy points a light on you. Smile, do your best, and produce. If you feel mistreated, bring it up with your company or leave.

It is far wiser to stop worrying about what other employees are doing and focus on one’s own work. It’s like worrying about hypocrites at church. There will always be some of those, and it gains one nothing to let that interfere with one’s own walk with Christ.

Oh I don’t think he should be reprimanded. He’s a nice guy, too. Helps me out if I need something etc

Just wonder sometimes what tge deal is. Esp when I read these things. I think Gavin is right, too. And it would be happier at home with my kids. They would be too. No question. I have to work though
