Will “swim at own risk” sign be insensitive to people who cannot swim?

Every day it seems we get more proof that people have way too much time on their hands.

“Students at Arizona State University are petitioning to have the school change the Walk Only signs on the schools pedestrian paths because they marginalize disabled bodies that cannot walk.
No, the disabled are not “being marginalized”. They may “feel marginalized” but their feelings are NOT facts. They are not being denied a single thing due to these signs which would be the description of someone “being marginalized”

Whoever is set to review this position needs to right on it "Rejected for being stupid."
Seriously, we should not be granting these nitwits any credibility.

Pedestrian means walking. Can’t call it that.

Another supporter, James Qian, explained that he was on crutches for 5 weeks and felt uncomfortable when seeing this sign. these people should consider living in a closet and never coming out - 'cause they will meet 'uncomfortable' every where they go = forever...
I suspicion it's more about needing to be feel relevant on some plane - any plane
