Exactly, I don’t care for smart phones or I phones or whatever. I do have small Tracfone for emergency when I’m on the road. Land line at home (I know, I’m still living in the dark ages).
If you’re Dark Ages, I must be prehistoric: landline; and hand-held CBs for traveling.
Caller ID, but no call-waiting; no answering machine. Either they’ll call back if there’s a busy signal or no answer; and I can see if it’s a junk call or not.
I'm with 'ya, sister.
I keep my Tracfone in my truck - you can leave a message on my home phone or office phone and I'll get back to you....
I’m a 50 year old business owner and just broke down last week and bought my first smart phone, the family cheered and I wept.
I was at the mall shopping with my wife and I noticed a herd of yutes walking by while I was waiting for her. There was at least a dozen of them or more, and every single one of the, every one, was looking down at a phone while they were walking by.
The sick sadistic side of me daydreams of a day when the entire system goes down just to watch the world come to an end with these people.
