Nah, they’re not rabid dogs. Rabid dogs attack for no reason. These two are cold, calculating predators.

I agree, Also I think those in prison on a death sentence - start carrying them out, start with those that have been there the longest and do 2-3 per day until there are no more left, as you say these are mad animals need to be put down. Give them one year after sentencing to appeal the verdict and after that, see ya.
