Nutter? He's terrible, stumbling over words and not a literate, smooth delivery -- typical of leftists. He's nothing more than an ordinary 'RAT ward heeler and now "leads" one of America's most crime-ridden cesspools. There's nothing positive to say about this vile Obamaite.
