Are you people so stupid to not understand (this far in) that if this regime wants something, by definition it is destructive to America?

Wake the h3ll up!

Exactly why I’m opposed to it.

I support free trade, but have the treaty done transparently, and with a different president.

Obama doesn’t deserve another accomplishment. Especially if it’s economic suicide disguised as “free trade”.

Backroom political deals have given faceless plutocrats a hand on the controls of the US economy. Time for American workers to flush out the rats and take back the Nation.

1. Stop giving up power to the executive branch.

2. Stop shipping our jobs overseas.

Repeal NAFTA, GATT, and CAFTA too.

You are not being intellectually honest.

I think that’s the biggest problem and why people don’t trust it.

That, and in some cases they are bad law - this one is unconstitutional.

Conservatives were sold a bill of goods by Wall Street, that global business not subject to borders, trade laws or national sovereignty is somehow beneficial. Beneficial to whom is the question?

Tariffs once were the vehicle used to primarily fund our USA government...not income taxes. They were enacted so we could become more indebted to central banks and foreign governments. Tariffs also provided incentives for foreign nations that wanted access to our markets to build their products here. Americans working in good paying manufacturing jobs provided the tax revenue to keep the national debt at bay and also the revenue to fund national security and 1st world infrastructure. Americans receiving Section 8, welfare, unemployment, and inviting in more cheap labor make us a weak indebted country.

Today I believe we have created a corrupt 2-Party government run by big money not by officials that vote their honest opinions and conscience. Big money would prefer a world of non-sovereign nations where their money buys policy.

It’s a SECRET trade deal that no one can be sure what it contains. That’s what has people opposing it.

I’ve heard that there are provisions to nullify our immigration laws.

I’ve heard there are provisions that will undermine the 2nd Amendment.

Nothing should be passed that requires trusting Obama. He has proven his untrustworthyness.

Patriot Coal Again Files for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Coal miner had previously filed for chapter 11 in 2012

Patriot Coal Corp. is in “active negotiations” with an unnamed strategic buyer, hoping for a deal to aid it out of bankruptcy.

The West Virginia coal-mining company announced the prospect of a sale of all of its operations as it returned to chapter 11 protection Tuesday, less than two years after emerging from bankruptcy.

President and Chief Executive Bob Bennett said “challenging market conditions” prompted Patriot to seek court protection once again. Secured lenders have agreed to back Patriot’s continued operations with a $100 million bankruptcy loan.

Down with the Plutocrats! Rise up, American Workers!

Trade negotiations are always confidential

This one is not different except Obama is President.

I’m confused!

Why is it that at least the Republican leadership is for this deal, aligned with Obama and Democrats are against it?

Is Obama snookering the Republicans?

Also, why is the text secret?

And have those secret trade negotiations ever benefited the USA, our median income, our national security, our ability to be a self reliant nation?

But if the cloak of reality was ever exposed, we’d find they do benefit the same people that want our guns, open borders, that want our national sovereignty diminished, and that want what was once our national culture changed to become more sheep like, and who tolerate more citizen surveillance.

Of course they have benefited us.

My small company operates presently serving the companies operating all over the world. The reach of American companies operating literally all over the world provides the jobs that keep America humming. To deny that fact is just plain foolish

Isolationist claptrap is just that. Most that oppose trade have not a glimmer of knowledge of how global trade enhances our daily lives. They don’t realize the extent of the actual involvement of many workers that don’t know where or to whom the order or products currently underway end up.

” Tariffs also provided incentives for foreign nations that wanted access to our markets to build their products here. “

and tariffs also protect the industrial base in case of a war.

When push comes to shove these Free Traitors see no problem with income taxes over Federal tariffs/sales/user taxes.
