Likely Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush said the United States needs an immigration policy that shows respect for some illegal immigrants currently in the country in an upcoming interview on “The Kelly File.”
“There’s got to be a point where we fix this system so that legal immigration is easier than illegal immigration, and show some respect for people, a kid that might have been here 10 years, that might have been valedictorian of their high school, to say ‘No, no, no, you’re not allowed to go to college?'” Bush said. “I just think there’s a point past which we’re over the line.”
“You know that there is a core wing of the party for whom this will be a deal-breaker,” host Megyn Kelly pointed out.

He doesn’t stand a chance, even in the primary.
Well, that’s a start. Maybe one day we can expand that to include respect for American citizens.

Hey Jeb, what about people who showed up just last year? What about those showing up today? Should THEY be deported? Will no one ask him this question?

It’s too bad the people no longer decide elections.
Sounds compassionate and reasonable, except once they get amnesty they will demand it for their relatives, especially if they get to vote.
This is similar to those who thought it would help ‘the kids’ to allow adoption by gay couples, now those adoptions are being used as a argument by some in the SCOTUS to force same sex marriage on states.

That’s why the GOPe has had 39 candidates declare. They want a muddled rugby scrum, resulting in a brokered convention from which the elites can foist Jeb upon us.

I think Jethro just wants to make sure he can continue to climb into the sack with his Mexican wife. After all she’s a member of La Raza (The Race) which postulates that The Race was created when white Spaniards came to the Western Hemisphere and started having their way with the native indians. My Golden Doodle is a mongrel, but she has a better pedigree than those in La Raza. Plus she didn’t enter the country illegally.
