I don’t think that is the case, since it doesn’t sound like the parents were exhibitionists-on camping trips and in other close quarters, even teens will leave the group sleeping place to have sex-most of us are likely familiar with that strategy-and I’m sure there are plenty of woods there, just like most other places.

The biblical reference points out how little privacy there was at that time with a lot of people living in tents, too.
