No, I don’t remember the oral source because I didn’t listen to the audio. My bad. I did read all the text available.
I did ask you for a source before and you replied that you weren’t going to go to the trouble of finding it for me. You could have simply said it was in the audio and let me search back through the three or four articles linked on this thread.
Here’s another source...
The Nauglers have depended upon neighbors’ private wells or municipal hookups for their drinking water, but a confrontation on Sunday prompted a criminal summons for Joe Naugler on a charge of menacing.
(Naugler) was turned down for the water request and asked to leave the property, the summons read. He then said to his son get the pistol out of the glove compartment box.’
WAVE 3 News has withheld the complainant’s name at her request.
He (Naugler) was acting very erratically, the complainant said in an interview Friday. He was calling us names that I have to spell out. I can’t even say ‘em. And he said don’t worry, I know where you live, and I’m gonna be back.’
On Wednesday a sheriff’s deputy went to the Nauglers, summons in hand, attempting to conduct a welfare check for Child Protective Services. He wanted to speak with two of their sons, who reportedly witnessed the water confrontation.

Ok Tiger...I’ve done some research now for a time on this....I believe it’s a scam...
Capistan who has just finished funding her store in the process of being built..(Photos backthread and a very nice store)....is a friend of her husband who deals in bitcom.
Capistan was founded for the sole purpose of uniting well qualified entrepreneurs with sound business plans and would be investors who operate in the crypto-currency sphere.
Here’s what they released...
On May 6, 2015, Capistan beneficiary Nicole Naugler, was arrested on multiple charges in Breckinridge County, KY. As of the date of this release, the Blessed Little Grooming Company project, with a goal of $20,000, was funded 108%.
The store was obtained in March of this year....they’ve been remodeling it since then...the Gofundme account was also set up by the same guy at Capiston........Ellsworth or something like that. At any rate he’s been called out as a fraud. Remains to be seen if the IRS and others get invoved in this now....
But this whole thing stinks to high heaven....the rest of the funds....which as of yesterday had brought in over 30 grand and growing....will go toward build, ding a cabin on their property.
By golly these two have pulled off quite the scam.
