If I were a Country Club owner, I could see using the same logic. Country Club folks generally are not eager to return to a place where a brutal attack (or defense) has occurred. Reputation is HUGE in that realm. I wish he/she/they were more courageous, but it is a sound business decision. I bear them no ill-will. May their chains rest lightly upon them.
