The Obama administration violated U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanens injunction halting President Obamas executive amnesty programs, Justice Department lawyers have admitted to the court, according to the Washington Times.
The Times reports that in a late night filing Thursday, Justice Department lawyers revealed that the Department of Homeland Security had issued some 2,000 three-year work permits (as opposed to the currently permissible two-year permits) to illegal immigrants granted Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

Thank you. That is why I tried hard to convince that Romney would be the lesser of the two evil. Damn, I kept saying over and over even insulting some idiots that could not reason it out. I really made a damn pest of myself, but I tried. I'm old and tired and see no hope for America for many many many years if ever.
Yeah, right. Don't hold your breath. Can see any army that this judge has to do a damn thing but just write a piece of paper what bad guys this dictatorship is.
What kinds of tangible remedies does the judge have in this case? I don’t know.
Your lesser evil are the very people standing idly by or supporting Barry outright and you STILL think that Romney, a bigger capitulator to leftism than any of them, is a step up. Good God are you dense.
The law applies only to you and to me. It does not apply to our rulers. And, we have no say in what they do. It does not at all matter who we elect. They are in cahoots.
Anarco-Tyranny
He can jail the government attorneys and heads of the relevant agencies for a start. He may not do it but he certainly has the power to A federal judge is pretty much sovereign is his courtroom and they take being lied to by defendants or their counsel very, very seriously.
He can have disbarment proceedings begun against the government lawyers. That would get their attention and loosen a few tongues. He can fine them personally.
A pissed off federal judge can make someone’s life pretty miserable if he wants to.

I'm sure he won't. But what can he do?
Faced with a lawless administration -- including a complicit DOJ -- what can Judge Hanen do?
And Barry issues a pardon. Then what? What is that judge going to do? The GOP is not going to impeach. So what authority does the judge have over a president with pardon authority?
Save your breath, Norm. The 'broken glass' GOPers around here remain convinced that our liberal would have been much, much better than their liberal.
This, despite the clear evidence of his RECORD in office, which utterly disproves their claims.
Start arresting the underlings and this crap will stop right away.
Civil contempt is not criminal. Pardons don’t come into play at all.

Oh I know. I just enjoy watching them dig their hole deeper. That and typing “We told you so” just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy because they KNOW we are and WERE right and can’t seem to find a way to deny it to themselves.
Boy I would really love to see him do everything youjust mentioned.
Afraid you are showing your ignorance.
Evil: 78
Good: 43
And just what part of law do you feel Barry recognizes?
Look. I agree. In a pre Obama America this judge would have the while crew swinging from a yard arm if he chose to. But you don’t seem to understand that you arent in that world. you are in an open dictatorship and Barry TELLS YOU what he will and will not do. There is NO LAW.
Best proven by the usual suspects conspicuously avoiding the threads where the RINOs are busy stabbing us in the back.
Obviously they prefer that to a fighting chance of being stabbed in the front.
I’m afraid you and your fellows owe America an apology for the lesser evils that are 100% your responsibility. Democrats didn’t elect them and conservatives didn’t elect them. Your kind did. Take responsibility.
