When your back is against the wall, even a bad delaying action may be more useful than stomping your foot and letting the worst happen at an accelerated rate because you ain't getting what you want.
Not a really complex thought train. Too many would rather "just eat worms and die" rather than scrabble for any available inch - they are selling us out as complicit allies of the Left (all the while blaming it on others just like them).
The Congress has given up their right to over see this bill. Instead of Obama needing Congressional approval, the congress needs 2/3 vote to override an Obama veto.
