Full title: Video Evidence Emerges Of Freddie Gray Running Into Building During Chase, Then Doubling Back Before Arrest.....Baltimore police have continually said their initial reasoning for suspecting Freddie Gray of suspicious activity was his immediate running from police when bicycle officers made eye contact. However, no-one has revealed he ran into a building.

Just ask Walter Scott. But snapping the suspect's spine is a new one.
The dumb bastard beat his head on the steel walls and broke his own neck, God has a sense of humor and justice was served.
No, it doesn't. If the officers didn't see him drop anything in the building, and didn't recover anything he dropped from inside the building, then him entering and exiting the building is wholly irrelevant to the legality of his arrest. Especially since the arrest paperwork does not mention anything about his entry into the building.
Freddie’s dead?
No, he was considering being a Republican like mitch McConnell, and his spine snapped.
Haha! Good one!
(This is not directed at you, IamConservative)
Parole is a “gift” granted to the parolee for (what is supposed to be) good behavior in prison or other related things.
Being “free” on parole doesn’t make you equal to other citizens as if you had served your sentence and were released. Quite the opposite. You are allowed to be among your fellow citizens on strict conditions because you did not serve all of your sentence.
One of those conditions is that you obey the law and allow yourself to be searched pretty much at any time by an officer of the law.
Seems like Freddy was destined for incarceration - whether the cops caught him then, or later.
If nothing else it would show his motive for fleeing, and the cops’ probable cause to apprehend him. I’ve heard there was heroin in his system. Media is quiet about that one. He may have swallowed the drugs then had a violent seizure in the van.
NOT a THUG!
Can we call them Destructive Parasites?
Technically, he wasn't in custody. He was in the hospital for a week before he died.
Fine. Then how did he sustain a mortal injury while in custody?

Hey, your girlfriend Marilyn Mosby will tell us. She will HAVE to tell us. In front of a judge, in a recorded trial, via witnesses subject to cross-examination and evidence open to question.
Because even a first year law student like yourself knows enough to admit that a prosecutor can’t just say “he came out of the back end of the van mortally wounded, therefore, these men are guilty of killing him”.
No — your AA whore Marilyn must advance a detailed theory as to exactly how Freddy the Dope Addict Grey passed on to his greater reward.
And — more importantly — after advancing that theory, the object of your desire must PROVE that it happened the way she theorized. Beyond a reasonable doubt.
I know you have a crush on Marilyn, but in your saner moments (whenever those occur, maybe on the john after pondering her picture), you yourself will have to wonder if a mere affirmative action girl barely out of high school is capable of pulling it off.
So you go ahead and play your sophistic games here in the forum, as per your question I quoted. I think we both know how this will turn out.
I’m well aware that the prosecution will have to prove their case at trial. And, contrary to your petulant whining about “my girlfriend,” I’ve actually taken no position on whether they will be able to do so—I’ve said let’s wait and see what evidence comes out, and what evidence is presented if/when the case gets to trial. Heck, I think they will have an awfully tough time proving second degree murder, based on the evidence that’s currently available. As to some of the more negligence-based theories, a lot will depend on the officers’ statements and other evidence as to when Gray requested medical attention, how/why the officers responded to Gray’s requests, etc.
Your entire line of responses to me has been based on my relatively benign procedural point about whether a charging decision is, itself, grounds for appeal in the event of a conviction. You’ve taken that point, and somehow turned it into me being obsessed with the prosecutor, and/or thinking she will get a conviction or convictions. None of which I have said or implied.
But sure, keep it up with the insults. It’s very becoming.

That, and the multitude of other posts that have tried and convicted the cops without due process.
Give me a break; you’re denying whose water you’re carrying here? Your posting history is Exhibit A, and it’s open for viewing.
You are most definitely cheerleading for a railroading of these officers. Any claims to the contrary are lies.
one less drug dealer selling to kids?
I read this morning in the Anti Christian Science monitor, yes the cult paper that even has it`s own fag movie reviewer to boot, they referred to the shooting of Michael Brown as just an attempted arrest for jay walking.
Cant make this stuff up.
I wish I knew for sure.
My 'opinion' is that he lost consciousness while in the back of the van and fell, hitting a 'bolt' on the door in the back of the van.
