The Deflategate report did not reach a concrete conclusion, and investigators say Tom Brady is partially to blame.
While Brady agreed to be questioned, he declined to hand over pertinent texts and emails despite the requested communication being limited to the subject matter of our investigation, the report said.
Our inability to review contemporaneous communications and other documents in Bradys possession and control related to the matters under review potentially limited the discovery of relevant evidence and was not helpful to the investigation, the report continued.
Investigators still obtained some text communications between Brady and the equipment managers they say manipulated the balls.
On Jan. 19, Brady sent equipment assistant John Jastremski texts reading You good Jonny Boy? and You doing good?
The report includes a response from Jastremski reading: Still nervous; so far so good though and another saying Brady would likely be questioned.
FYI...Dave will be picking your brain later about it. Hes not accusing me, or anyone...trying to get to bottom of it. He knows its unrealistic you did it yourself...
The report did not identify Dave.

Not a big leap to think Brady might have had the smoking gun that implicated Belichick.
Report: Angie Harmon left her husband for JJ Otto
Just drop it. The investigation that is. Does anyone care except the losing team?
Tom: Well, I would give you those e-mails and texts, but I was using Hillary Clinton’s state department server...so, if you want them bad enough, go find her server.
Reporter: Never mind.
.
Only a complete fool would comply with these buzzards.
They’re trying to craft an issue where none exists.
They need a reason why the MSM’s favorite team lost, andthey want to punish Brady for beating their boys.
.
Now he must pay.
Well Brady probably has information Phone numbers ect on lots of famous people, given the way the NFL was leaking information during this process why should he trust them with private information. Perhaps pics of his famous wife ect.
IIRC the NFLPA told players not to turn information over to the league.
Yes, Brady snubbed the obozo when he didn't go the WH along with his team mates. I don't know if there is a connection but it sure follows a pattern of the obozo. Obozo doesn't like it when he invites a sports star to kiss his ass and is ignored.
Drop yourself if you didn’t get the point. I was using this as a way to attack Hillary over her refusal to turn over email.
Brady Punts.
I wish obama, congress, the courts, the press and the O7s and above were investigated as thoroughly as Brady.
The Colts are the MSMs favorite team?
Yes. This is a team that was all but dead and buried in October and miraculously turned it around on a dime. In the playoffs, they beat the Ravens with a single play at the end of the game, and won the superbowl in a final drive. Without form fitting the ball so their QB can handle it easier and so receivers can catch it easier and running backs can hold on to it easier without fumbling, I dare say that likely makes the different in two narrow wins.
The Patriots clearly do more than push the limits on rules...they plan and orchestrate clear violations to get an advantage. This has more impact on the game than the Saint’s head hunting rules did that led to an all out loss of a year. That should be the ceiling for punishment, with a floor being whatever Atlanta’s punishment for noise, plus suspensions. The statements by Godell about the Saints punishments - that ignorance is not an excuse must hold true, or the Saints organization should be up in arms. I am not a fan of any of the teams mentioned, but the coordinated organizational policy to sneak balls away after the refs measure them to doctor them is a really, really shady activity. It’s clearly not just one time, either, based on the pre-game warnings by the Colts and then getting caught red-handed in a playoff game. Repeated, purposeful cheating of the rules with the ball used on every offensive play is no joke. Dismissing this saying it’s a-ok to break every rule in the game and decieve the umps and the refs.
Many professional sports are increasingly corrupt, and the players are increasingly thugs.
That will in turn make the decision to “cut the cable” much more easy for me soon.
I plan to have better things to do in life during the nadir of my years, than sitting on a couch watching commercials all day, with occasional inserts of thuggish “sport.”
I'm sorry, Doug, I didn't mean you, I meant those who keep writing the articles and mentioning the deflate topic on TV. I should have been more specific as to whom I was addressing.
Spoken like a true loser.
