Hillary Rodham Clinton appears to have initially weathered a barrage of news about her use of a private email account when she was secretary of state and the practices of her familys foundation, an indication that she is starting her second presidential bid with an unusual durability among Democratic voters.
Americans now view Mrs. Clinton more favorably and more see her as a strong leader than they did earlier in the year, despite weeks of scrutiny about her ethics, a New York Times/CBS News poll has found. And nearly nine in 10 Democrats say the nation is ready to elect a woman president.

The NY Times - working overtime to protect Hillary.
The title is misleading. “Scrutiny” implies that people looked and saw.
“We get the government we deserve. “
Couldn’t agree more.
There are legions of women out there ready to vote for Hillary because she is a woman.
Not buying this poll.
The NYT are such damn cheerleaders for the left it’s nauseating. They intuitively know someone like Hillary is a thousand times more corrupt than any politician living or dead, but she and they are Democrats, more specifically far left Democrats. In their minds a corrupt Hillary is still better than an honest conservative such as Ted Cruz.
Exactly. The scrutiny hasn’t even begun yet.
Those are her crack troops...
Rah! Rah! HILLARY!!!!
YAY!!!!
“Not buying this poll.”
Probably just polled everybody in the ny slimes news room to get to that result.
Me neither.
The massively-funded Hillary is on the road, disguised as a "regular" American....despite a trail of criminal activities that would make organized crime blush.
STROLL DOWN MEMORY LANE Then-Repub Majority Leader, Eric Cantor (Va), was considered untouchable and inevitable.
<><> Cantor had tons of money---spent 26X times his opponent's $100K.
<><> Cantor consistently polled an astounding 34 points ahead of his unknown opponent.
<><> Cantor was considered "inevitable" and "untouchable".
<><> Cantor had no ethics problems.
<><> Cantor sucked-up to an anti-tea party group.
<><> Cantor sucked up to the latino vote.
<><> Cantor showboated his leadership---was deeply into (gag) "diversity."
=============================================
BY CONTRAST HIS OPPONENT Brat:
<><> ran as Cantor's TERM LIMIT
<><> Brat roundly opposed, and was vociferous against amnesty,.
<><> Brat ran as a staunch conservative (now in Congress he has a conservative rating 100%.)
<><> On elections day, Brat got 18,000 more Repub out to the polls than the previous election that elected Cantor.

CANTOR IN DEFEAT----DUMBFOUNDED:
No, HRC is no Eric Cantor, as Lloyd Millarde Bentsen, Jr., said of Dan Quayle in such solemn admonition in 1988, “Senator, you’re no Jack Kennedy”.
see the difference the new poll-approved hairstyle made?
Cantor is just a foot-note exception to the iron rule that in politics, incumbents win nearly 95 percent of the time.
“Fooled again” could not only be the motto of the American people but also the uninformed Republican primary voters, as we will see in 2016.
It’s probably gonna have to be a Howard Dean moment, or just a complete relapse sotted stupor just before some “kabuki event”.
I got a pole for her. She will be tied to it before a firing squad.
The name - NY Slimes doesn’t deliver the justice these morons deserve.
