Why do you think the GOPe has arranged for 39 candidates to toss their hat into the ring and turn this into a complete rugby scrum? They are angling for a brokered convention.

...Yes, bush had his moments, but his “turn the other cheek” and submit rather than fight under leftist assault lead to the pathetic DHS and other idiocies under his administration.

After staying quiet to "preserve the integrity of the office of the president," W. will surface now to help put his brother in the WH.

Yup, same game as before.. Split the base/conservative vote and put up one worthless mushy moderate who will run away with it.

I live in Iowa, and have my ear to the ground most of the time, at least in the area where I live.

NO one, and i mean NO ONE, is talking about Bush here. Cruz, walker and a distant third....rand paul are getting the attention.

bush is not going to win anything here.

Bush is trailing in Iowa because people there are ‘paying attention’.

I’m surprised he’s getting 5% - seems kinda high for a guy who wants to open the borders and flood the country with illegals.

Oh I would agree with that; I would take Christie in a flash over any of the corrupt democrats in NJ. However, he’s kind of down the list on GOP presidential hopefuls.

You need to update that with Geo. P Bush who’s on the fast track now in TX. He’ll run for Pres before Chelsea does.

In 2008 and 2012, the SC primary was sort of the determiner. The one who was ahead after the results of that primary went on to take the nomination. That could make Saturday, February 20 THE date to watch.

Are dems allowed to cross over in SC and vote in the republican primary? If so, that is likely what Jeb is counting on.

Maybe the one good thing Rubio can do for us is win in Florida.

Let’s hope not. We want Walker to win Florida. He will win Iowa and New Hampshire.....MAYBE win South Carolina and then win Florida would finalize the GOP nomination and Walker would win. This is a win-win for us all. Having Rubio win Florida would make us continue on the primary when Walker wins Super Tuesday but we don’t need to waste the time on that.

If Walker can win Florida that would be a great, of course. But if Florida goes for a favorite son, it’s better for America if Rubio takes Florida than if Bush does.

Maybe Bush will concentrate on NH.

Better yet, why don’t you stay out of the race Jeb? We don’t like you!

there is a libertarian streak among rural NH Republicans ... even the “moderates”. Bush will try for 2nd place and hope for victory in the big media states.

HE IS DOA
