We have to recall that the black-robed justices prepared the ground for the first Civil War with its Dred Scott decision. I’m not saying that recognizing gay marriage will cause a second civil war, but it would continue the long line of transgressions by the USSC that have robbed us of our God-given freedom, heritage and customs.
It needs to be made clear that these black robes will be made accountable for their decisions. It’s time to start talking about an American Nuremberg trial.

Good historical context.
Sadly people are not that interested in preserving their freedoms nor even understand the difference between federal and state powers. The intentional dumbing down of schools has it’s intended consequence.
What country would oversee it?
