Of course I did not like his action, because I believe in criminals paying their full due to society. But I can understand why Huckabee did it. His deep Christian faith guided him.

His Christian faith should have guided him to honor his oath to uphold the laws of his state and protect its citizens. He failed abysmally to do that. How did he serve Christ by unleashing this evil on innocent citizens? It shows a lack of discernment and judgement that should concern anyone considering giving him the power to pardon again.

Since when does being Christian mean one doesn't believe criminals should serve their sentences?
