I would submit that a review of the matter by a highly regarded neurosurgeon qualifies as slightly more than, speculation. Was he present at the autopsy? Has he been supplied with the autopsy report? What, then, is the basis for his speculation?
He speculates about "rolling around" - presuming a fact not in evidence.

I do however, think that it's reasonable to, "speculate," that the former head of neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins probably has some associates and contacts in the Baltimore medical community who would have some insider knowledge. In fact, I believe that to think otherwise is probably the less reasonable speculation.
