Impose a weight limit for food stamps.No weight limit, no food stamps, no EBT cards. If the government wants to give nutrition assistance to the poor, it should be buying food and distributing that. Make them queue up to get their weekly ration of meat, cheese, milk, flour, etc. Nothing that can be treated as a fungible currency; give them the food directly.
