At the airport...the second you detect a hint of a middle eastern accent, they get diverted to the mohammed cartoon and joke room...full of big guys and armed guards, for more questioning.
If they're a foreign national...they have no Constitutional rights, they proceed to the strip search room where they're issued a pair of fluorescent pink pajamas and escorted onto a later "security" flight, with other moslems and Air Marshals. Their luggage is x-rayed and searched, and may arrive eventually.
Normal Americans would blow right past security and board within 15 minutes.
Additionally, they are then charged a "high security surcharge" which triples the price of their ticket (and reduces the price of ours)
