i could tell you stories from ex cop friend and my own experiences in the cab. White girls going into projects for drugs and never coming out. I went in ONCE to rescue one. She was being raped in the stairway.
One Friend had his gun pulled from defective holster and shot three times. Feces and urine in the halls.

The poor babies....not a chance in the world. Drugs have really destroyed so much.
