Donte Allen interview... apologies if it's been posted, I searched.

The fact they published his name, unless he came forward himself... put him in a difficult position. Either the BPD inflated the statement, or if his name came out... he revised it out of fear of community reprisals.

I expect Donte will rescind his story soon. He’s already getting death threats.

I heard this interview a couple of times today. It is interesting that he said: “I didn’t tell the police, I told homicide.”

The local DC commentator said the obvious — “Apparently Mr. Allen doesn’t know that the Homicide detectives are part of the Baltimore Police Dept.”

They got to him- our _resident probably had him threatened just like they did to trayvon Martin’s parents whop first came out and said the voice on recording was NOT their son’s voice, then days later said they made a mistake and now it was their son’s voice crying for help- right around the time the _resident weighed in on the issue I believe- And just like they did in fuergeson where witnesses that backed up the officer’s claims then changed their minds after likely hearing from those connected with the _resident - the _resident himself even coming out and inciting further violence by blaming the police officer and departments all over the country- (It’s funny how the left can threaten people, intimidate, and harass people- but the police can’t even do hteir job without being accused falsely like the officer in fuergeson was, and like George Zimmerman was accused falsely- yeah George wasn’t police, but was a neighborhood watch dude- but it’s relevant to my point)

He was in separate cage, heard weakening noise for he said about four seconds. And he got aboard on one of the last stops. That got exaggerated.

It's seems to me that BOTH accounts can be true and make the most sense.

The guy was throwing a tantrum in the back of the truck, the driver thought he would “teach him a lesson” by slamming on the brakes or weaving to throw him around a bit. Not “intending” to kill him but to bruise him a little and get him to stop throwing a tantrum. But he went to far, and killed him. That would be negligent manslaughter for the driver and any other officer actually IN the truck while it happened possibly.

The arresting officers will be found innocent of everything except/unless they were the ones responsible for buckling him in the van. Which might get them a small slap on the wrist for breaking the rules.

As I predicted in a comment on an earlier post here at Free Republic, the evidence or lack thereof will be completely irrelevant to a jury of Baltimorons. Black jurors already want to lynch the officers; white jurors might recall that the LA riots which caused the death of sixty did not occur when King was roughed up, but when the officers who allegedly beat him were acquited.

The trial will have to be heald far from Baltimore for the officers to have an opportunity for a fair trial. I saw high-giving, fist bumping, and heard horns blasting in Baltimore when the charges we announced earlier today.

Police and law enforcement body Cam’s will be institutionalized nation-wide with the Black community objecting rather than applauding this development. The group who complains the most about police relations will now have a recording, streaming live and on backed up hard drives, as a complete record. In Hope Mills, North Carolina the police got their body Cam’s this week. I am sure that like the vehicle cam’s, these will provide real time evidence to counter the testimony of those arrested in the future.

he told them something he really he had to speculate on because he wouldn't have known for sure.

He was there; he saw what happened.
