That’s how I saw her announcement as well. Her tone and posturing made it obvious and there was a whole lot more she was holding back beneath the surface....she was actually restraining her emotions as much as possible for her to do....which too could be seen.
I noticed that too.
Her speech was for justice except for the cops.
She has already tried, and convicted them and no wonder she stated she never wanted an outside investigation.
She and the prosecutor had this all ready to appease the rioters, black community and get a bit of social justice.
