Thanks.
It does not surprised me. They would be charged. The most likely outcome will be that it will be simple manslaughter. Got to remember that Gray was a criminal thug with a rap sheet that was very long.
The riots would be still be looked on in the negative regardless of the outcome, just like it was for Ferguson, Mizzou.
Have you seen the knife or was there?
No course not, you are going on reports and rumors just like the low life scum who riot and go on witch trials
Just wait and see, this immature, inexperienced, black power hot-shot state's attorney, Marilyn Mobley, will turn out to be the Marie Harf of Baltimore's local government prosecutorial department.
One of her campaign staff and advisors was Kweisi Mfume, aka Grizzell Gray, former chair of the Congressional Black Caucus and former long-time president of the NAACP.
He fathered five children by several different women as a teenager.....and was locked up on different occasions for suspicion of theft.
He has stated he was locked up by law enforcement because "I happened to be young and I happened to be black".
Where have we heard this phrase before !
She is also married to a black Baltimore city councilman (no conflict here, lol).
But, of course, prosecutor Harf....oops, Mobley, given her history and resume, won't be biased from the start against the cops, will she!

Why have you seen all the statements from them?
No you have not.
So will they go after Mayor Rawlings-Blake like they did Rudy when Amadou Diallo happened?
I seriously doubt it.
The cops lied about the “switchblade”.
This is going to unravel very poorly for them.
Listening to the press conference, it appears the manslaughter is what is going to be charged as the most serious charge.
Don’t forget her ties to the Gray family attorney :)
I too can’t see murder being done but alas the rioting scum bags and the witch hunters including the small handful on here who use this for their anarchist agenda will be happy.
I’d rather see an independent investigation away from this dump of a city.
I’m not saying that isn’t true, I’m just curious if you had a link or other info.
The shrill state attorney here just threw the cops to the mob. If this doesn’t spark a mutiny within the Baltimore Police Department, then nothing will.
My post #82 stands.
I am going by the DA. The DA could lie about many things - but since the knife is in their physical possession as we speak I find it hard to believe she would lie about this.
Officer William G. Porter: Involuntary manslaughter; second degree assault; misconduct in office
Lt. Brian W. Rice: Involuntary manslaughter; two counts of second degree assault; manslaughter by vehicle (gross negligence); two counts of misconduct in office; false imprisonment
Officer Edward M. Nero: Two counts of second degree assault; manslaughter by vehicle (gross negligence); two counts of misconduct in office; false imprisonment
Officer Garrett E. Miller: Two counts of second degree assault; two counts of misconduct in office; false imprisonment
Sgt. Alicia D. White: Involuntary manslaughter; second degree assault; misconduct in office
She received money off Grays lawyer, backed by a Mayor who called for justice for Gray and told the cops to back off who is then backed by Sharpton.
This was all about appeasement and social justice to the blacks rioting and the racists and anarchists.
Second it. It should have been done outside of the city myself. Look for Baltimore to “explode again”.
No you are right. She got money off Grays lawyer, nah no corruption and most blacks are showing that if they riot they get their own way in witch hunts now.
And beyond the lies, who in their right mind would believe the story? Just someone who wants it to be true. Nothing wrong with that if that’s your deal, but yeah I’m on record as saying there is no way I’ll believe the drug dealer broke his own neck inside the paddy wagon. Not without video tape of it happening. Not in a million years. Because I wasn’t born yesterday and I don’t have an agenda. It is what is
