A Colorado heating and cooling company was caught refusing to do business in a Denver neighborhood because residents there are "colored people" and "they don't pay their bills," according to an undercover investigation by Fox affiliate KDVR.

Another liberal trait is to accuse a business owner of racial discrimination for failing to offer their services to an area that is unlikely to fulfill their financial obligation to such business owner.
Since when has private business been forced to offer their services to any area they feel is not financially productive?

Yet, your reading comprehension and reasoning are quite flawed.
First of all, not 'he', but 'she'.
Secondly, one female employee making a series of statements, does not a company policy make.
Otherwise, no companies would exist, anywhere.
I imagine the company will promptly fire the employee and issue a statement asserting that this is in no way their official policy.
From the article: A hidden camera set up by the station recorded a female employee with Mile High Heating and Cooling in Westminster, Colo., saying the company will not service those living in Montbello. The workers allegedly said, "They call it Mount Ghetto."
