That’s a good question. In Florida the pedestrian always has the right of way. But if that pedestrian is attacking you, wouldn’t that change things? Would there be any difference in running them over versus pulling your concealed carry and shooting them?
Lord, that no one else ever have to be in that situation please.
I’m old and frail. I’d have to plead that I feared for my life and was attempting to escape the situation. Isn’t that what you’re supposed to do?
