As proof of my contention of his position, consider this statement of Mad Dawgg's
"Apple's software allows App updates. App updates can glitch the unit so it does not perform to FAA standards thus Apple's software Apple's fault."
The sheer irrationality of that statement stands on its own. Because a computer can load new software updates, it is somehow the computer manufacturer's and the OS design that is at FAULT. . The fact that it is a computer with a flexible working operating system at all is at fault. Irrational luddite!

Either Apple designed their software in away that third party apps can shut down their units or they didn't.
And being we have clear evidence that is exactly what happened there is no irrationality in fact it is just that.
