Hope I find some photo's of kids cleaning up too???...ALL of them should be on the street....or is this part of the problem...the adults always cleaning up the kids messes????

That’s a sad picture. That needs to be sent to the Mayor, so she can see what she did by “giving them a space to destroy.”

Whose space, Ms. Mayor? Certainly not City Hall’s...just that of the unfortunate residents of your city.
