Funds shouldn’t be raised to pay the administrative fine, funds should be raised to overturn the absurdity of the case. Not one penny should go to the homosexuals that couldn’t get cakes to celebrate their perversion.
I completely agree.
This was without any doubt an excessive fine in violation of the 8th Amendment. There is no way an administrative law judge has the power or authority to demand that kind of payment for a diminimus and questionable violation of any law.
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted
