In my community we have world-famous Butterfly Museum.

It also has a museum devoted to insects.

Next to a 4” cockroach was the legend:

‘IN THAILAND AND INDONESIA, THIS IS A POPULAR PROTEIN SOURCE”

Then this poll tells me I am adventurous, and should dine in Bangkok.

EEeeeeee.....I have eaten in Bangkok but NEVER ate an insect. That I know of....

I did eat rubber hose...aka boiled octopus tentacles. ACK!! Made me sick as a dog. :)
