Look again, the video was taken pointing at her, not the police action, like they expected this to happen and recorded it. No it wasn't. You have quite an imagination here. The video was of cops/incident and the female with the cell was in the field of view.
How in tarnation would these women possibly know this officer would suddenly do what he did? How is that possible?
